Check to see if it is milk-based. Ingredients that are related to dairy would be whey, casein, milk solids, etc. I have a terrible time with even milk in coffee....I would try acidophilous, kefir, real organic yogurt. Kaopectate may be better or at least a good change from Immodium, too.
