Yes, CS/EIS works well against MRSA.  Was used effectively on a diabetic
with a kidney transplant (immune suppressed).
 
Can use orally and topically.  Definitely use topically if the infection
is accessible.  Keep it wet with CS pretty much constantly.  
DMSO 10 to 20% of total volume may be added to help the CS to penetrate
if necessary.  If using orally, ease into use slowly.
