Hey, Marshalee, glad it's working for you, it certainly did for me. My
shoulders were pretty badly messed up, MRI's on both of them showed various
tendon tears, damage to glenohumoral joint, even a rupture to the
biceps. (A good thing about the VA, they've got the equipment!) I
followed Brooks Bradley's post for a protocol and glorioski, fifteen days
later I found myself squatting fully on my heels both of them; no, I don't
walk on my hands, it's just that the effect on my knees was totally
unexpected, unlooked for, not on my mind at all. I haven't been able to do
that with my left knee for several years, I had to stick my leg out to
hunker down. The shoulders are lots better too, I have a little more to go
there but at least I can forget about them unless I do something out of the
box; pain is a marvellous teacher, yes?

Another report on my progress since starting CMO.
I went Monday for a therapeutic massage, and Lorrie, my friend as well as
masseuse, was amazed at the improved condition of my skin , especially of my
legs and feet. Before, she says, my skin was tight like a grape with all the
swelling, but now it is more pliable and she can see the definition of my
muscles and bones. Cool!
I definitely feel better, too. My toe joints are so much more bendy now. I
told her I feel like I`ve been in the shop and had a lube job! No more
snaps and pops in my joints.
I have 3 more doses left of CMO, then I`ll see what happens.
