Perhaps someone on the list who has personal ties with the Bergers can
see if there are printed copies of the book that they want to have sold.
Also, they may be willing to donate or sell the file (I assume it is on
some
sort of word processing file) to the silver-list and it could be sold or
provided
free as a digital file in order to maximize Ole Bob's efforts in
promoting EIS.
