CS>cs and herxing

In the post referring to using acdophilis for intestinal relief when using cs., 
I am again wondering if cs does affect intestional flora and increase yeast if 
it kills bacteria.  If a probiotic relieves some of the symptoms of the herx, 
it is possible maybe that it is contributing to candida? Just a thought.
