Hi Margaret, I get my powder form MSM at the feed store. This product is for uses in horses and is 99.9% pure. It is also cheap, $9.95 for a one pund can. I take 8 to 9 grams a day in the glass of water. The measuring scoop is in the can and it holds 10 grams. Hope this will help you :)
Barbara Hi All, A while back the topic of MSM was addressed and some folks gave places to purchase in powder form. I am dealing with MS, joint stiffness and pain and also digestive and elimination problems and I feel the powder form could be more effective. Anyone care to share their source as well as recommended doses for daily use? I use my Silver Puppy to make my CS daily. In the A.M. I mix organic juice of choice with the CS and thought I could add the MSM powder for a morning dose. TIA Margaret
