I think the godzilla gloves will be very good for this. My 'whopper' (med. doc's. word after viewing x-ray) of a heel spur responded about 40% painwise to 2 injections of cortisone. I would not take a third. After one hour of use of a Don Croft zapper the pain disappeared!!! I immediately ordered another for a spare. I use the zapper quite a bit. And the spur does not hurt. But I am always aware of it. It is still there and I think it has grown larger. Does not hurt, but still isn't right. Last night I used the gloves on that whole foot. Especially the heel. Today it feels more 'right' than it has in several years. I will continue to use the zapper and the gloves on it. But that pretty much summarizes my only hell spur experience. Mi(S)spelling intentional. They can really hurt. Hope this helps. pj ps I will soon be sending a report on my Godzilla gloves experiences. So far its great. It has just been so hot and life so busy here that I am not keeping good records. Will try to improve.
