Plantar faciitis is where calcium builds up around the ligments that run
under the heel. I had severe pain for a couple of years a 2 years
back that I cleared up with drinking a lot of lemonade. Lemon seems to
pull the calcium deposits out of the body. It has cleared up the pain
in my feet, joints, liver stones, and any other ache and pain I had.
Lemon (or Apple cider vinegar) is very alkalizing which will clear up a
