Rather than refrigerate all grains,rice etc. I was told to put them in the 
freezer overnite and this will eliminate the problem which seems to be much 
worse in the summer months. Once the moths start flying around, you already 
have problems and it is best (unfortunately) to go thru cupboards and dump 
everything.
