The answer is simple and many of us do it.
You have to use "Real Mail" and a real mail program. Then you can make a
filter, put those in a junk mailbox or delete the messages automatically
or manually, and many more similar junk and spam messages.
You never see them, it is all transparent, fast and effective.
You can do it with some web mail programs but not sure about hot mail or
similar.
