The herx will show itself normally as flu like symptoms. The dosage should be increased continually to maintain a bearable herx. Once any amount causes no herx, then normally you are cured. Now for many cancers CS does nothing, no herx or anything, but for some it does attack it.
Start off with a teaspoon, and if no herx, double it, and continue doubling it. Once you get to a quart or two a day, that will be most of the liquid intake, and if no herx, then either it has beaten it, or it is having no direct effect on it.
