The MHVAC unit isn't 10 kil-u-volts. CS Pro used to sell an arc cone
unit years ago that may have been 10kv....discontinued. [Too deadly and
hard to use properly to sell?]
The MHVAC output spec isn't published and "Pulse Phasic, Uni Phase and Bi
Phasic" isn't defined, so I'll assume that Joe did put instruments on it
and discovered half wave rectification of the mains at 170 volts peak.
