I also would be interested in any input from people who have used cs as an
enema. Sounds like it might be a useful tool in my dealings with ibs, also.

I have used cs as a retention enema when I was going thru an awful IBS
attack and was in utter agony...it seemed to help calm things down in my
opinion....debbie
