Actually, Wayne, a few small attachments go through the list, such as V- cards or AVG anti virus certificates. Image attachments are accepted, too, but the message size limit is set so low as to make reasonable resolutions impractical.
But, you're right that nothing's changed on the list server side of things, so I'll try to help Julius figure out what's shifted at his end.
