A friend just sent me this, and thought it was interesting.

I wanted to mention yesterday and kept getting side tracked what my daughter told me. You remember she is a RN and works for a home infusion company. That's all she does is infusions. Last winter I took CS with me and gave her a spray bottle and told her to spray her eyes and Bert's eyes (Bert is bun) Also printed out info concerning CS for her. I don't know if she was convinced,or if she used it, she said she used it on Bert. Anyway, she said that they have stopped using hexaclorophene pads to lay over inserted needle during infusing and are now using some kind of silver solution. She said the info they gave the nurses sounded just like the info I had given her about the antiseptics and antibiotic properties. How it was used before all the "cillins" and now new more powerful bugs are out there and silver is working!!!!!

I asked what the silver product was, and got the answer that the RN daughter believes it was Silvagard.
