Where are you suggesting to put the electrodes?  And what polarity?

  Depending on what you do with the electrodes and electrolytes, voltage
and current, you can put silver in or take stuff out right through the
skin.
..but what stuff is coming out?  I don't see how it can be very
selective.  Mebbe it doesn't need to be if you put the "right" stuff
back in.
