A "liver flush" is usually a protocol of taking stuff orally that causes the liver and gall bladder to dump the stuff that's clogging them. One type uses epsom salts to flush you out, followed by lemon juice and olive oil to trigger a gall bladder purge. Since the bile is what digests fats, if fast for a while to let it build up, then consume a slug of fat, it'll produce a significant purging effect.
There are a couple of other "recipes." Go to curezone.com and do a site search for "liver flush." You'll find several sets of directions.
