Chuck,

When I am in my kitchen I also use a glass, but when I am exercising in my bicycle or climbing a mountain or jogging along the beach or in a car in a traffic jam, I do not find it practical to carry a shot glass and stop everything I am doing in order to carefully pour the CS in it. By the way, I think you give too much importance to do it in a "Macho" way.

Geez,
What's all this about drinking from the bottle?
I use a shot glass.
It's just as macho!
