You must be trying to print from the web page, which is an HTML file.
This is always a mess, turns out lousy, even if it works. That is
not the way to do it.
If you knew how to do file management, copy and paste, formatting,
ect, you could do it yourself.
Since you don't, and likely many others don't know either, I have
pasted the 6 pages in a word document.
The document is 35 pages and 265 K.
Can you format a document in word to suit your idea of fonts,
margins, and spacing?
I reset the margins before I start using a blank document.
The font size can be large or small, and a variety of 100 or more
fonts. Bold and headlines in the file can enhance it a bit.
If you don't have Microsoft Word, then the efforts are wasted. Of
course a lowly TXT file will fit all occassions.
Tell me what you want and I will post the link to the file.
