Thanks for this one Marshall - I went and read the first two paragraphs nothing there surprises me however I could not cut and past the page/s nor could I open the web page once I saved is and I HATE reading long pieces from the Internet or computer so that is the end of that one but it seems to have lots of very good information - a pity I cannot retain it for future perusal Safety brings rejection in this case !!!!
