Hi Herman. 3 hours is probaly too long unless your making a gallon. Try using a quart jar and with the coins on eash side of the jar facing each other. Run that for about 1.5 hours. Shine a flashlight in the the water, you should see clouds. Your CS should be clear at this point except for the clouds, it will probaly turn yellow the next day.
