Reading this I am reminded of the nasty head-aches that used to make my wife's life impossible. Until a herbal doctor gave us the following cure:
Grind a whole lemon (pips, peel and all, and well rinsed off, of course) with a clove of garlic, in a juicer. Add just a little bit of water and drink this first thing in the morning. Do this for nine consecutive days.
No need for fasting or whatever .. although reading this, I presume something may be wrong: allergy to coffee, white sugar, softdrinks, that kind of thing. A good look at your eating habits may be a good thing (this is comment, no critic, please, trying to find answers to your state of being .. THE REASON MUST COME FROM OUTSIDE.)
No neuro specialist (???, and Big ones!) could find any reason for my wife's head-aches, which, however, would be so severe that she'd faint, having us all real puzzled and worried.
After the nine days of taking this stuff (it does not taste that bad, ..I joined m'wifee those nine days.. -grinsmile-) Luz has been free of head-aches. And we are now many months farther.
So if you'd try, and see what happens, then please keep us informed about your recovery.
Please note: head-aches are very enigmatic things, which in many situations are cured by a simple internal clean-up.
