I have used Canadian Maple leaf coins from the start.
When I bought DW from the stores,I had the same problems basically.So I
bought a good steam distiller,double distill the water, and no more
problems.I use a home-made xsformer with 30 VAC output.I rectify it, with a
wheatstone diode bridge and capacitor, to 32 VDC.I hang the coins 1/2
submerged ,1.5 inches apart in 1 litre of DW.At 1ma of current, this runs
for 12 hours.Now it is perfectly clear.
