Hi, Ma Huang is the natural form of ephedrine.
It was removed from the market once by the FDA, then overturned but I understand the FDA is at it again. I guess the synthetic, prescription form of ephedra that is tweaked/twisted, is feeling the competition from the natural herb. I call the synthetic form of natural Ma Huang, prescription speed. Yes, anything can be overdone.
