I have written extensively about this topic, with very little result. The
yuck factor indeed. Moreover it should really be treated in the off-topic
list (does that one still exist???)
The main thing about this therapy, as-old-as-is-humankind, is that the body
uses exactly what it needs, and does away with the remainder, amongst other
ways in the urine (like in sweat, liver activity etc.
Urine, re-inverted in the body (when one drinks it, for example the first
urine in the morning) works as a re-establishing tonic. For it is so rich in
all the different basic necessities a body needs, that it works as a
repairing faculty in case of dis-balance, better known as disease (or
dis-ease).
The very rare attacks of colds, or fever/inflammation of the throat I have
had in recent years were done away with in HOURS, just drinking my own water
whenever I went to the bathroom.
Like many Indians (and thousands of other sane-thinking people around the
world) I drink a zip of my own water first thing every morning, and I am
NEVER indisposed anymore.
Now I am prepared to be the laughing stick again, like I was before, when I
dared to go over this topic. So I am not very willing anymore to advocate
Urine Therapy, which, however may well go hand-in-hand with our different
beloved CS therapies. New ideas (new? As said as old as humanity itself!!!)
are hard to accept, even though they be life-saving.
