It's actually my mother who wants to make her own CS. For some silly reason she has put me in charge of deciding which machine to buy. So here are some questions.
1) Which machine is the least technical to use? 2) How long does it take to make a batch and how much does a batch consist of from question #1? 3) What accessories will she need? 4) What type of containers do you store it in?
