I have had sinus probs for most of my life,I am in my 80s now.
What I have found to keep it in check is a mix of CS,MSM,H202 and
Xylitol.Used in a nasal mister,pump the mister about 10 times then hang head
low or lie on back on a bed with head hanging down over the edge.I don't
think there is a perfect cure for same when it gets that entrenched,only
control.If the infection is in the nasal cavities in the cheeks,acupressure
on the cheek bones under the eyes will alleviate the sinus headache quite
well.Don't let the Drs. try to use Abxs as that will cause different
problems and do nothing for the sinus's.Been there,done that, over 30 yrs
ago,never again!!!!!
