Generally speaking, anything over around 25 PPM will not be "EIS" CS.
I could be, just not usually.
The owner of Utopia Silver is a dyed in the wool "salesman".
That doesn't mean none of the products aren't what the claims say, or
better, even.
It rather looks like Advanced Colloidal Silver is somewhat similar to
Meso-Silver which isn't "EIS" made in any way that anyone here knows
anything about. [It's a secret ]
Try it, you may like it..... but I dunno about putting secrets in my eyes.
It's probably OK though.
