That's a great price if its a hanna. Silver puppy sells a COM-100 for 55 dollars ( item no 15), free shipping with more features than the hanna pwt. Look at the mag stirrer while your their. (item no. 8) and his laser light, the best one I ever bought and I have bought many cheap ones that last a few months or so, then to the garbage can.
A ph meter wont tell you much, the cs process doesn't change the ph but very little, it will tell you the ph of your distilled water. Trem, please forgive me for plugging odes products, your SG7 gen is the best I have seen anywhere and I would rate it number 1. I tried to duplicate the SG7, cost me 900 dollars and about 500 hours research, came up short but it works. The fun was in the chase and I learned a whole lot from it. Sam L. I found a Hi PWT meter for 58.00 (on Silvergen) - is that a good price? Some other place I found is charing nearly 100 bucks for the same thing. I could not find this meter on the Hanna Inst website- don't know why that is. there is a very cool one that also checks pH, but I finally decided it would be too much of a hassle to get all the calibration solutions and fuss around with it, when pH paper is easy to get and use. gratefully, Kathryn ____________________________________________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
