Dim, a doctor told me that I had only 8 T-Cells about 7 years ago. When I asked her if there was anything I could do or take to raise it she said yes, and then put me on MGN-3 (from mushrooms, I think 750 mg. a day), Alpha Lipoic Acid (600 mg. per day), Vitamin C and Selenium.
