Don't remember if you got replies to this, but often castor oil packs can do a lot to reduce pain. It softens up the tissues and gets them to go back in place and helps growths to reabsorb, etc... Dan

I don't remember how far, but since then I know she is in a lot of pain, lower back. I know she lives on pain killers but she likes to suffer silently and that's why I didn't know about it until now. Any suggestions on what to do for her for the pain? I'm assuming it's from shingles since she didn't mention this to me before. She also had a big grapefruit size fibroid but since menopause she said that has decreased. Doris ________________________________ Be smarter than spam.
