Don't remember if you got replies to this, but often castor oil packs
can do a lot to reduce pain.  It softens up the tissues and gets them to
go back in place and helps growths to reabsorb, etc...

My mother had shingles years back.  I don't remember how far, but since
then I know she is in a lot of pain, lower back.  I know she lives on
pain killers but she likes to suffer silently and that's why I didn't
know about it until now.  Any suggestions on what to do for her for the
pain?  I'm assuming it's from shingles since she didn't mention this to
me before.  She also had a big grapefruit size fibroid but since
menopause she said that has decreased.
