I took 2 to 6 grams of MSM daily for years. I bought 1000mg. caps from
Wal-Mart until I wised up and spent about $30.00
for the equipment and vegie 00 size caps to started making my own. The
plastic "equipment" holds 100 caps. It takes from 15 - 30 minutes to
fill & tamp,and fill & tamp, and cap the 100 capsules. At least for me,
I've got more time than money, and bulk MSM powder is cheaper than
caps. Also, I can take the caps with water or anything else without
the bitter taste, that alone makes it worth the effort.
