Actually, if I thought bread and other grain products were good for me,
I'd just dip it in olive oil if I didn't want butter. Yummy! Forget the spread nonsense.

But, since I don't eat grains - its a moot point.
Olive oil and butter serve me just fine.
Coconut is detrimental to B blood types,

Virgin Red Palm Oil sounds fascinating.
