What do you mean start off this way? The man must be 80 years old, and
has been in congress for decades. If he is going to get corrupted he
better hurry, he doesn't have many years left.  What blubs?  Look at his
speeches to congress on youtube, he lamblasts the other members on a
routine basis for their corruption and all the other things wrong with
the US.  He is equally hated by the Republicans and Democrats.
