I guess it explains closely enough...and I reckon there are plenty more sites if you wanted to check. Food Combining is spoken of in many practises...V. p.s. all though I believe this to be true...based on having tried it several times...the only part I follow is the fruit / juice part...like everything..you gotta do it to make it work...and I am a major procrastinator :( V.
