Their regulations border on ridiculous. According to the regulations if
you happen to live in an area where there is silver in the water but
still below their maximum silver level, and you bottled it direct from
the tap, and made claims that it kills bacteria, you are not then
allowed to dump it into the environment! But if you make no claims it
is legal. It is as if they think how it acts depends on what is on the
label, and not what is in the bottle.
