Ruth.. After reading your posts it almost sound exactly like my problem which has been ongoing for 10+ years. I've had all!!!!! the test run and in the end they decided I had a lazy colon. For years they said TAKE MORE FIBER!!!! Now they say DON'T TAKE FIBER. What I'm finding that works is HOMOZON. But one needs to understand how it works so they do not get it confused with other laxitives. Homozon oxygenates and allows fecal matter to break down. I found that the way I was using it was not allowing it to work to full capacity but it was still working. When my new shipment comes in I will be changing my procedure which should drastically change my results. Also I found that going on a liquid diet made the greatest change. Sunday afternoon I began feeling nausicated and finally began throwing up (the first time in 15 years) then my body began to ache from sholders down my spin into the hips. I was on the heating pad for almost two days to help the ache and chills. I would not say I was ill I only throw up once (no other symptoms) but the ache was worse. After about two days of eating nothing I started soup (NOT campbells types) all natural in the boxes from health food store. But I was only able to do small amounts at a time. So my eating how really changed but so how my level of discomfort. And a few days ago I received my order from Puritan's Pide I bought a new product call Green Source and have been taking 1 tablet 2 times a day and seems to be helping the body to turn off the hunger switch... since Sunday my body starts saying full before I'm finishing very small portions of meal... If I'm to clean up the colon I need to first clean it out of old matter that has impacted on the lining walls.. I'm not sure that one can do this in a day or two... I believe that over a 30 day period following my new regiment I should be able to make a significate difference. Most likely you've seen other posts on Homozon but if not do a search engine.. very interesting reading. I order from Country Girl. If you need more or have question I'm always around in the background. connie
