Hi Dee,
Chlorella has a lot of chlorophyll, B vitamins,and C, E, amino acids, and trace 
minerals. Don't know much about the iodine content.

        Hi Paula I had thought of kelp but got the iodoral because I am already 
taking chlorella.  Do you happen to know if there is iodine in chlorella?  MTIA

        You might try Kelp. It has lots of natural Iodine and much more to 
offer than iodine. It might be more helpful to your metabolism. Don't get 
discouraged,
