This is a message I sent WEEKS ago .. it was missent to CancerCure, where my
message are scrutinized nad delayed by one of the 'moderators' ... it is by
far is not a Forum as ours. (I want to avoid polarisation, but there are
differences yeah).

In the old days I would at the first signal (symptom) of a sore throat -for
me always the beginning of a cold in those days- at once go on a fast of
only water.
ONLY WATER. I would not be 'ill' for more than 36 hours, the pains rapidly
diminishing; I would break with fruits and juices, and eat normally after
one more day (prolonged fasts take more time to break).
I can also recommend on the UT, which dominated my ill-health much later in
life, with astounding results.
Both (self) treatments are alternatives, and both are tried and thoroughly
explained by medics of different origines.
