I'm not sure I'd completely trust the information on this site, since I
didn't see one reference to the different forms of Vitamin D, or any
mention of the proper method of testing prior to starting a Vitamin D
supplementation regimen.
Admittedly, I didn't read all of the references...
How do you all come up with these great sites? Lots of good info
here... I am currently taking Vitamin D theraphy... 50,000 units once
a month to try and bring my levels up into a normal range.
What kind of Vit D are you taking?
D3 is the best, and it is best to get it from a natural source, ie, cod
liver oil.
D2 - from plant sources - is less biologically active, and therefor more
likely to result in vit d toxicity, which is not easily remedied.
Be sure you get the *right* tests done *before* starting a
supplementation regimen:
