I'm very surprised at this conversation, because it is completely
ignoring one of - if not *the* - primary factors with regard to weight
loss and overall health - *including* so-called 'hypo/hyper thyroidism,
insulin resistance, etc - and that is... EXERCISE.

You can *not* maintain an ideal weight/metabolism/health without
*proper* exercise. The problem is, there is a lot of mis/dis-information
with respect to what constitutes *proper* exercise.

Recent studies/discoveries are bringing to light the fact that what has,
for the last few decades, been considered to be 'gospel' with regard to
exercise, just isn't so.

So-called 'aerobic' exercise is, contrary to popular myth, *not* the way
to health, longevity, or ideal weight.

If anyone wants to learn why they plateau when doing any weight-loss
regimen, and why their weight always comes back, then do yourself a
favor and learn why/how what you have been told all your life about
'cardio' and 'aerobics' is killing you - but more importantly, how you
can experience dramatic improvements by making some simple changes in
how you exercise. Moreover, 9 times out of 10, you'll end up exercising
*far* *less* than you were before.

And no, I am not affiliated with this program in any way, shape or form
- I'm just an extremely overjoyed student...

And no, I'm not discounting diet. What you eat is also very important -
but without proper exercise, you can do everything right diet-wise and
*still* *fail* *to* *attain* *your* *goals*.
