I'd sure appreciate it if the people who try this will let us know the
results, i.e. if it is helping weight loss, increasing stamina, etc. As much
as I would love to go buy this, I just can't spent another almost $30 on
another book right now. I too don't have the ambition to work out 60 mins a
day. 10-20 every other day sounds doable. I like the idea of using a
rebounder for this.
