I often use NOW products and find them very good. The thing is with
minerals, I think it is the ability to absorb them which is the crucial
factor. With things like Concentrace I think the particles are much smaller
whereas with 'solid' type minerals, I'm almost sure they have to be
chelated or something to be able to be absorbed. Also, somethings labelled
colloidal' are not so you have to check this. I'm sure much more
knowledgeable people on the list will enlighten you though, V. Dee
