je makedonske snage bezbednosti da su ubile desetak albanskih civila u
selu Ljuboten, tokom ofanzive u avgustu.

Macedonian security forces of killing ten odd Albanian civilians in
village Ljuboten, during the offensive in August.

Covic warned in Brussels yesterday high officials of EU and NATO that
Albanian terroristic organizations were trying again to activate in
south of Serbia and they were doing so by conducting intrusions from the
bases in Kosovo.

12:45 Koordinator Saveznog komiteta za Kosovo i Metohiju Vladimir
Bozovic rekao je, nakon razgovora sa glavnim tuziocem Haskog tribunala,
da je Karla del Ponte obecala da ce jugoslovenskoj strani dostaviti
kompletnu dokumentaciju o ekshumacijama i identifikacijama leseva
pronadenih u masovnim grobnicama na Kosovu.
Coordinator of the Federal Committee for Kosovo and Metohija Vladimir
Bozovic said, after talks with Chief Prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal,
that Carla del Ponte promised that Yugoslav party would be delivered
complete documentation on exhumation and identification of the bodies,
found in the mass crypts in Kosovo.

Yugoslav Minister of Justice Savo Markovic and Chief Prosecutor of the
Hague Tribunal Carla del Ponte agreed in Belgrade yesterday that it was
"necessery to consider a possibility that a number of accused persons of
the war crimes are tried according to the national legislature, before
domestic courts", Federal Secretariat for informations communicated.

nadlezna za slucaj Generala Ratka Mladica jer on nije jugoslovenski
drzavljanin.

Chief Prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Carla del Ponte stated after the
talks in Belgrade that Yugoslav authorities agreed to cooperate with the
Hague reagarding the extradition of the former commander of the Army
forces of Serbs in Bosnia General Ratko Mladic.
11:30 Krajem oktobra 2001. odrzace se javna rasprava pred Velikim vecem
Evropskog suda za ljudska prava u Strazburu povodom zahteva koji su
svojevremeno podneli srodnici cetiri radnika RTS, poginula prilikom
napada snaga NATO na zgradu Radio Televizije Srbije u Beogradu 23.
aprila 1999, kao i jedan pri tom povredjeni radnik.
The public hearing before the Grand Council of European Court for human
rights in Strazbur will be held at the end of October 2001, regarding
the request that wes submitted at one time by families of the four
employees in the Radio and Television Serbia (RTS) who got killed in the
attack of NATO on the RTS building in Belgrade on April 23rd 1999, as
well as one worker who got injured.
11:15 Glavni i odgovorni urednik podgorickog dnevnika "Dan" Vladislav
Asanin podneo je ostavku na tu funkciju, posto je, u Opstinskom sudu u
Podgorici, osudjen na pet meseci zatvora, uslovno na dve godine. Do
imenovanja novog glavnog i odgovornog urednika, vrsilac te duznosti bice
direktor lista Dusko Jovanovic.
Chief Editor of Podgorica's daily "Dan" Vladislav Asanin submitted
resignation on that position, since he was sentenced to a five-month
prison term, that is a suspended sentence of two years, by the Municipal
Court in Podgorica. Acting Chief Editor will be current Director of the
daily Dusko Jovanovic till the new Chief Editor is appointed.

Mihajlovic je u izjavi rekao da je borbu protiv korupcije njegovo
ministarstvo pocelo najpre ciscenjem spostvenih redova.
Answering the accusations about bad work of Serbian Interior Ministry,
Minister Dusan Mihajlovic said in his statement that his Ministry
started fight against corruption by cleaning their own personnel.

President of Serbian Parliament Dragan Marsicanin appointed new
elections on Septembar 3rd, 2001, in 18 Municipalities in Serbia which
were by the decision of the Serbian Government dismissed and in which
Municipalities' Councils were formed, the Informitive Service of Serbian
Parliament communicated yesterday.
