Nije uspio sastanak o preuredenju odnosa Crne Gore i Srbije
RAZOCARANI PONASANJEM KOSTUNICE
PODGORICA, 20. septembar - U Palati federacije, juce nije odrzan
sastanak o preurdenju odnosa Crne Gore i Srbije, jer se pozivu saveznog
predsjednika Vojislava Kostunice nijesu odazvali predsjednik Crne Gore
Milo Dukanovic i premijer Filip Vujanovic, kao ni predsjednik Vlade
Srbije Zoran Dindic.
U DPS-u Crne Gore, su razocarani ponasanjem Vojislava Kostunice. Srpski
premijer Zoran Dindic, tvrdi da sastanak nije bio dobro pripremljen i da
se ne moze odrzati bez crnogorskog predsjednika Dukanovica. U DOS-u,
takode, isticu da treba maksimalno uvaziti stav Dukanovica.
Iz Kabineta Kostunice najavljen je novi razgovor, sa istim ucesnicima.

PROCES OSAMOSTALJENJA CRNE GORE JE NEZAUSTVLJIV
PODGORICA, 20. septembar - "Proces osamostaljenja Crne Gore
nezaustavljiv i on se odvija na istorijski zakonomjeran nacin, koji
omogucava njegov tok bez unutrasnjih politickih potresa u Crnoj Gori i
bez ugrozavanja stabilnosti regiona", rekao je predsjednik Republike
Crne Gore Milo Dukanovic, u intervjuu ruskom listu "Rasijskaja Gazeta",
Komentarisuci aktuelno pitanje redefinisanje odnosa Crne Gore i Srbije,
Dukanovic je podsjetio da je Vlada Crne Gore uputila predlog Vladi
Srbije o rjesenju buducih ccrnogorsko-srpskih odnosa. Taj predlog,
pojasnio je predsjednik Republike predvida, prije svega, medunarodni
subjektivitet Crne Gore i Srbije, sa mogucnoscu saveza dvije nezavisne
drzave, u kojem bi mogli u odredenoj mjeri obavljati nekoliko unkcija od
zajednickoj interesa.

SJEDNICA ODLOZENA - PREKRSEN POSLOVNIK
PODGORICA, 20. septembar - Cetvrta vanredna sjednica Skupstine Republike
Crne Gore, prekinuta je poslije skoro dva sata rasprave i odlozena na
neodredeno vrijeme.
Konstatovano je, da je stavljanjem na dnevni red interpelacije o
preispitivanju rada republicke Vlade u oblasti finansija, prekrsen
Poslovnik Skupstine, jer nije ispostovan rok od 30 dana koji je
predviden za izjasnjavanje Vlade o tom dokumentu.

SARADNJA - OBOSTRANI INTERES
PODGORICA, 20. septembar - Crnogorski ministar turizma Predrag Nenezic i
trgovine Ivan Raicevic, razgovarali su juce u Beogradu sa ministrom
trgovine i turizma Republike Srbije Slobodanom Milosavljevicem.
U razgovorima je izrazena spremost obje vlade da nastave otpocetu
saradnju u ostvarivanju osnovnih ciljeva borbe protiv sive ekonomije.
Ministri su razmijenili informacije o iskustvima u saradnji sa
medunarodnim institucijama, posebno sa Evropskom unijom i Svjetskom
trgovinskom organizacijom.

PODGORICA, 20. septembar - Ministar privrede u Vladi Republike Crne Gore
Darko Uskokovic, najavio je definitivan razlaz sa programima bez trzisne
privrede i kadrovima koji su nesosobni da kreiraju takve programe.
Ministar Uskokovic, je naglasio znacaj privatizacije u Crnoj Gori,
isticuci da je taj proces jedini put za izlazak iz krize.

SARADNJA SA SLOVENCIMA
PODGORICA, 20. septembar - Crnogorska privredna delegacija, koju
predvodi potpredsjednik Vlade Branimir Gvozdenovic ucestvuje na
medunarodnom preduzetnickom sajmu u Celju.
Na sajmu je, Crna Gora, zajedno sa ostalim ucesnicima, potpisala
deklaraciju o unapredenju saradnje zemalja Centralne Evrope.

SEZONA TRAJE - UGOVORENI NOVI ARANZMANI
PODGORICA, 20. septembar - Sezona na crnogorskim plazama jos uvijek
traje. Tako na barskoj rivijeri trenutno ima blizu 3 hiljade turista,
medu kojima je oko 500 stranaca.
Najava dobre turisticke sezone za iducu godinu, su i ugovoreni aranzmani
na inostranom trzistu, gdje za boravak na Crnogorskom primorju vlada
veliko interesovanje. Tako su njemacki tur-operatori vec ugovorili
aranzmane za ljetovanje na budvanskoj rivijeri, a za boravak na plazama
Crnogorskog primorja ovih dana zainteresovani su Slovaci, Rusi i
Slovenci.

PODGORICA, 20. septembar - Crna Gora danas slavi desetogodisnjicu
proglasenja ekoloske drzave.
U protekloj deceniji, Crna Gora je nastojala da da svoj doprinos
osnovnoj orijentaciji medunarodne zajednice na integraciji zivotne
sredine i razvoja, sa ciljem da postane moderna razvijena ekoloska

dana boravi u Crnoj Gori, posjetila je juce Luku Bar i Brodogradiliste u
Bijeloj.
Tom prilikom, ruski privrednici su iskazali zainteresovanost za razvojne

PODGORICA, 20. septembar - Na regionalnoj konferenciji antikorupcijske
inicijative Pakta stabilnosti u Dubrovniku konstatovano je da je Crna
Gora primjer saradnje vladinog i nevladinog sektora u regionu.
Dogovoreno je da se na nivou Republike Crne Gore, u oktobru, formira
zajednicki radni tim vladinog i nevladinog sektoa, koji bi bio zaduzen
za implementaciju zajednickog akcionog plana borbe protiv korupcije.

Failed meeting about redefinition of relations between Montenegro and
Serbia
DISAPPOINTED WITH KOSTUNICA'S ATTITUDE
PODGORICA, September 20- Meeting about redefinition of the Montenegrin
-Serbian relations was not held in the Palace of Federation yesterday,
since Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic, Montenegrin Premier Filip
Vujanovic and neither President of the Serbian Government Zoran Djindjic
did not accept an invitation of Federal President Vojislav Kostunica.
Leaders of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) are disappointed
with attitude of Vojislav Kostunica. Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic also
claims that the meeting is not well prepared and it can not be held
without participation of Montenegrin President Milo Djukanovic. In the
Democratic Opposition of Serbia (DOS) point out that Djukanovic's
attitude should be reconsidered.

REALISATION OF THE MONTENEGRIN INDEPENDENCE CAN NOT BE STOPPED
PODGORICA, September 20- "Realisation of the Montenegrin independence
can not be stopped and it is going on, in a historically legal way,
which enables its course without political impacts in Montenegro and
without menace to the regional stability." , Montenegrin President Milo
Djukanovic in his interview to Russian newspaper "Rosiyskaya Gazeta".
Commenting actual matter of redefinition of Montenegrin-Serbian
relations, Djukanovic reminded that it was the Montenegrin Government
that sent a suggestion to the Serbian Government about resolving of the
future Montenegrin-Serbian relations. This suggestion primarily includes
international subjectivity of Montenegro and Serbia, with possibility of
alliance of the two independent states, in which several functions of
common interest could be carried out.

SESSION POSTPONED - OPERATING PROCEDURE INTERRUPTED
PODGORICA, September 20- After two hours of dispute, the fourth
extraordinary session of the Montenegrin Assembly was interrupted and
postponed for a certain period of time.
It has been concluded that interpellation on investigation of the
government's work in the finances, which was found on the agenda, caused
interruption of the operating procedure of the Montenegrin Assembly,
since the deadline of 30 days, in which government had to come out with
its attitude about the document, has not been fulfilled.

PODGORICA, September 20- Montenegrin Minister of Tourism Predrag Nenezic
and Montenegrin Minister of Trade Ivan Raicevic met yesterday in
Belgrade with Serbian Minister of Trade and Tourism Slobodan
Milosavljevic.
Both sides expressed willingness to continue cooperation in order to
realize main aims in stamping out the gray economy. Ministers exchanged
information about experiences from cooperation with the international
institutions, especially with the European Union and the World Trade
Organization.

announced final break up with the programs, which have no market economy

SEASON LASTS- NEW ARRANGEMENTS AGREED
PODGORICA, September 20- Tourist season on the Montenegrin coast still
lasts. There are 3 thousand tourists, of which 500 hundred foreign, on a
vacation in Bar.
In addition to well tourist season for the following summer there are
new arrangements of foreign tourists, which expressed a great interest
in visiting Montenegro in the next season. German tour-operators already
made arrangements for vacations in Budva and these days the Slovaks, the
Russians and the Slovenians are also interested in visit to the
Montenegrin beaches.
Tenth anniversary to Montenegro- ecological state
A DECADE OF LEARNING
PODGORICA, September 20- Montenegro celebrates today a tenth anniversary
of ecological state.
In the last decade, Montenegro strove to contribute to the main
orientation of the International Community in integration of the men

THE RUSSIANS INTERESTED IN PORT BAR AND SHIPYARD "BIJELA"
PODGORICA, September 20- The Russian state-economic delegation, which is
in working visit to Montenegro these days, visited yesterday port bar
and shipyard in Bijela.
On the occasion, Russian businessmen expressed their interest in
developed programs of the port Bar, especially in functioning of the
free customs zone and in investments in shipyard in Bijela.

MONTENEGRO AS AN EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND
NON-GOVERNMENTAL SECTORS IN THE REGION
PODGORICA, September 20- Montenegro is an example of successful
cooperation between the government and non-governmental sectors in the
region - it has been concluded at the regional conference of the Anti
corruptive initiative of the Pact for Stability, to be held in
Dubrovnik.
There has been also agreed, at the level of the Republic of Montenegro,
joint working team of the government and non-governmental sectors to be
formed in October, which should implement common action plan of fight
against corruption.
