CONSTITUTIONAL COMMISSION COORDINATED THE MAJORITY OF THE CHARTER
REGULATIONS DISCUSSION ON THE AUTHORITIES OF THE FUTURE PARLIAMENT

Podgorica - The Commission for drafting the constitutional charter is
continuing its work in Podgorica today. According to the Podgorica media
announcements, a discussion about the Parliament's authorities, i.e. on
the manner of electing representatives, is to follow.

At yesterday's session, the Commission discussed nine chapters of the
draft text, including the jurisdictions of financing.

All the regulations proposed by the Subcommission by now have remained,
and almost all the amendments, which would alter the draft text of the
charter, were overruled - stated the member of Montenegro's delegation
in the constitutional charter, Miodrag Vukovic, to Podgorica daily
newspaper "Pobjeda".

Vukovic said that it was clear now that there would be no immediate
elections for the Parliament of the union of Serbia and Montenegro.


MAYOR OF BAR BRANIMIR GVOZDENOVIC TALKED WITH THE IRD`S REPRESENTATIVES
CONTINUATION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Podgorica - The representatives of the International Relief and
Development (IRD) talked yesterday with the Mayor of Bar, Branimir
Gvozdenovic, about financing of new projects in the area of agriculture,
fishing, viticulture, and olive trees and citrus fruits growing in Bar
municipality.

As for the social projects, mutual interest was expressed in financing
of projects regarding the accommodation of the pre-school-age and
handicapped children.

THE EUROPEAN AGENCY FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT
EUR 2.3 MILLION HELP FOR IMPROVEMENT OF MONTENEGRO'S DAIRY INDUSTRY

Podgorica - The European Agency for Reconstruction and Development had
set aside EUR 2.3 million for the development of agriculture in
Montenegro. EUR 1.8 million of total amount was invested in acquiring
modern equipment for the production of milk.

According to the words of the Spokesman of the European Agency for
Reconstruction and Development, Dragan Mugosa, the Institution is going
to continue with giving loans to Montenegro's farmers during 2003 and
2004, since agriculture was estimated to be a priority for the
development of Montenegro.

USTAVNA KOMISIJA USAGLASILA VECINU ODREDBI POVELJE
RASPRAVA O NADLEZNOSTI BUDUCEG PARLAMENTA

Podgorica - Komisija za izradu ustavne povelje danas ce u Podgorici
nastaviti rad,a  prema najavama podgorickih medija slijedi rasprava o
nadleznosti Skupstine, odnosno nacinu izbora poslanika.

Komisija je juce raspravljala  o devet poglavlja teksta tog dokumenta,
izmedju ostalog i o nadleznostima finansiranja.

Ostala su sva rjesenja koja je do sada ponudila potkomisija, a odbaceni
su skoro svi amandmani koji bi izmijenili tekst povelje - izjavio je za
"Pobjedu" clan crnogorske delegacije u Ustavnoj komisiji Miodrag
Vukovic.

Vukovic je rekao da je sada jasno da neposrednih izbora za Skupstinu
zajednice Srbije i Crne Gore nece biti.


GRADONACELNIK BARA BRANIMIR GVOZDENOVIC RAZGOVARAO SA PREDSTAVNICIMA
IRD-a:
NASTAVAK FINANSIJSKE PODRSKE

Podgorica -Predstavnici Internacinal Relef and Development(IRD) juce su
razgovarali sa gradonacelnikom Bara Branimirom Gvozdenovicem o
finansiranju novih projekata u oblasti razvoja poljoprivrede, ribarstva,
vinogradarstva, podizanju maslina, agruma u toj opstini.

Kada su u pitanju socijalni projekti, izrazeno je obostrano
interesovanje za finansiranje projekata vezanih za smjestaj djece
predskolskog uzrasta, kao i hendikepirane djece.


POMOC EVROPSKE AGENCIJE ZA REKONSTRUKCIJU ZA RAZVOJ MLJEKARSTVA U CRNOJ
GORI AGENCIJA ULOZILA 2,3 MILIONA EURA

Podgorica - Evropska agencija za rekonstrukciju i razvoj u toku minule i
ove godine izdvojila je 2,3 miliona eura za razvoj poljoprivrede u Crnoj
Gori, od kojih je 1,8 miliona eura utroseno za nabavku savremene opreme
u proizvodnji mlijeka.

Prema izjavi portparola Evropske agencije za rekonstrukciju i razvoj
Dragana Mugose, ta institucija ce nastaviti kreditiranje crnogorskih
poljoprivrednika u toku 2003. i 2004. godine, jer se procjenjuje da je
prioritetan razvoj Crne Gore poljoprivreda.
