(EST) For the third time now since October 2000 the citizens of Serbia have been called on to vote at the forthcoming November 16, 2003 presidential elections. It is most likely that the DSS (Democratic Party of Serbia) chaired by Dr. Vojislav Kostunica will boycott the election. We met with Dr. Kostunica during the Rockford Institute's recent tour of Serbia and Montenegro and recorded his view on what is most needed in Serbia right now. His opinion of the Serbia's political situation and of the influence that the international community might have on decision making in Serbia.
