Hi Sparsh, I tried to reproduce the 1st problem but I couldn't. Can you give the exact command line and the corresponding error message in this case (remove whatever you define on the top of the script).
Regarding the fact that you cannot create flexpoints, you should specify the full path of the ckptgen script instead of SCRIPT_ROOT. For example if the ckpt gen script is located in the /home/flexus you should have "/home/flexus/postprocess_ckptgen.sh flexpoint 28 test_app".
