Dear Mahmood, The Flexus runjob script doesn't support timing simulation with different number of flexpoints in different phases. You can extend the runjob script to support the syntax you want, or you can start two simulations for these two phases separately changing the phase number and the flexpoint numbers in your run_job.rc.tcl file.
