Global cycle. Is "theFlexus->cycleCount()" the right way to get it?

I am new to Flexus.

Is there any variable for current global cycle?
In uArch/CoreModel/cycle.cpp, I found "theFlexus->cycleCount()". Is this the
right way to get the current cycle?
